Tasha was amazing help. She sat down with me and took her time to make sure I was sure on the glasses I wanted. She went out of her way to help me make sure the glasses fit my face to my liking and that I loved the glasses. Dr Bindi, was fast and efficient. She was kind and caring and even pointed out an error with my prescription so we can make sure it gets fixed.

My husband and I saw Dr. T (who was highly recommended per reviews) for the first time and she was amazing!! I have never had a better experience during an eye exam. She made us feel extremely welcomed and comfortable and even dealt with our crazy 2 year old we had to bring along. She explained everything to us in depth and really made sure we understood. We highly recommend her and we will be going back to her until she retires! :) The front desk staff and techs were also extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home!

Trend Eye Care is the best place for your vision needs. My husband and I have been going here for over 5 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else even though we’re traveling health care workers and go all over the country. There’s virtually no wait time from when your appointment is, which is a major plus! Dr. B. Patel was super friendly, efficient, and answered my questions completely. Tasha was so helpful, personable, friendly, and incredibly patient as my husband chose glasses. We would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Recently went in for my first visit with a optometrist for a routine eye exam and new glasses. Optometrist was lovely, had a great experience with them. My glasses purchasing experience on the other hand has much left to be desired. I purchased a substantially priced set of frames from them, north of 500$. They called me to let me know that the glasses were ready to be picked up in a reasonable time frame, about 1 week. Upon pick up, I noted that there were numerous small scratches on the arms and in other locations. It can be inferred that they took the display model I tried on, and put my new lens in them. This isn't a big deal it happens, and they gladly ordered new frames to replace them. It took about a month to receive my new frames. I had to call once or twice to even get any updates on the arrival date. When they finally arrived, I went in to receive my new frames. I was satisfied with the lack of scratches on the arms, but still observed a large notable scratch on the front of the nose bridge. The lens were also dirty, covered in finger prints and skin cells from handling. No time was taken to perform even a quick wipe down of the lens or frames. At this point, I am unwilling to wait another month to have these replaced, so i just left with the glasses. In conclusion great place to receive an annual eye exam, great expertise and communication. Will not be returning to purchase frames ever again, product quality left a lot to be desired.
